After some years working on different type of projects , and at different positions , I decided to offer my services as an free-lance consultant for both end customers and IT companies (web agency, hosting provider, ...).

Whatever the point of view you adopt, there's a simple conclusion : a lot of projects do not end with the success they deserve ! And finally, the end-user is disappointed and this is very frustrating for him.

The second conclusion is also very simple : the failure of these projects is always a consequence of trivial issues, where each issue come after/on another and probably never get solver. 

I love being a free electron, with an oustide viewpoint on the core of your project, but always understanding what are the stakes for any of the project actors.
